APRICOTS OATMEAL BARS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. butter
1 c. apricot preserves

Stir together flour, oats, brown sugar and baking soda. Cut in butter until mix is crumbly. Pat 2/3 of the crumbs in bottom of an ungreased 13"x9"x2" pan, spread with preserves.
