OYSTER PATTIES 
4 dozen oysters
1 onion, grated
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms with juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Dash cayenne
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
12 patty shells
1/4 tsp. lemon juice

Cook oyster in liquid 10 minutes. Saute onions in butter. Blend flour until smooth, add all remaining ingredients and cook 5 minutes. Pour into shells and bake at 375 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes.
