BAKED FISH, SPANISH STYLE | |
1 lg. chopped onion 1/4 c. oil 1 (2 1/2) can cut up tomatoes 2 tbsp. capers 3 oz. jar stuffed green olives, sliced or bits 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. oregano 2 tsp. chili powder 1 whole piece or 6 lb. fish or 3 or 4 fillets Mix all ingredients. Place over fish. Bake 30 or 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Good with steamed rice, mixed salad and French bread. |
