NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
1 lg. can sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1/4 c. finely sliced almonds
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can condensed onion soup
1 (4 oz.) pkg. fine noodles

Melt butter in pan. Add mushrooms, onion, almonds, garlic and lemon juice. Saute gently, about 10 minutes. Stir in undiluted soup and bring to a boil. Add the noodles, reduce heat, cover and simmer about 5 minutes. Serves 4.
