CHICKEN KIEV 
3 whole chicken breasts or cutlets
Boiled ham
Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can of apple juice

Debone chicken breasts and pound into cutlets (very thin). Top each cutlet with a slice of boiled ham and a slice of cheese. Roll cutlets and secure with a toothpick. Brown lightly in a skillet using 1 tablespoon butter. Place in a baking pan. In the skillet, mix the chicken soup and apple juice with the chicken juices. Pour over rolled chicken. Cover baking pan with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover pan and bake an additional 15 minutes to cook down juices.
