BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESECAKE BALLS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1/3 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350°F. In medium saucepan, melt chips and butter. Stir in crumbs and nuts. Press 1/2 mixture firmly into bottom of greased 13x9-inch baking pan.

In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, vanilla and egg. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Check at 20 minutes.
