3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon flavoring

Mix all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Sprinkle with nutmeg if desired. (This recipe is over 100 years old.)
