HOT WEINER SAUCE 
3 lbs. hamburg
1 lg. onion, diced
1/2 tbsp. powdered cloves
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tbsp. celery salt
1/2 tbsp. paprika
1 1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. curry powder
1/2 bottle catsup

Brown and cook onion in oil or butter, in a heavy skillet. Add meat and brown it. Add balance of ingredients. Slowly boil into a thick sauce. You may either cut the recipe in half or freeze the leftovers if this makes too much for your family for 1 meal. Boil weiners and place in bun, put mustard on roll, spoon on weiner sauce and top with celery salt and chopped onion.
