CHEESE PUFF 
35 Ritz crackers, coarsely crushed
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
4 beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tbsp. onion powder

In a 6-cup greased casserole dish, combine crackers, cheese, mushrooms. In a medium bowl, with electric mixer on medium speed, beat eggs, milk, onion, parsley and seasonings. Pour over cracker mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned. Serve hot.
