1 sm. carton cottage cheese (12 oz.) 1 sm. pkg. cream cheese (3 oz.), room temperature 6-8 radishes 1/4 - 1/2 c. green bell pepper 3-4 spring onions In food processor with metal blade pulse vegetables until chopped coarsely; set aside. Leave blade in processor. Add cottage cheese and cream cheese (divide cream cheese into pieces to blend). Pulse until smooth. Combine with vegetables. Use to fill raw vegetables (cherry tomatoes, celery sticks) as a dip. |
