CHOCOLATE COCONUT BALLS 
1 cube butter, melted
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
1 full box powdered sugar (1 lb.) plus extra powdered sugar as directions say
1 c. walnuts, chopped
3 pkgs. chocolate chips
3/4 block paraffin wax

Melt 1 cube butter. Put in mixing bowl with lean Eagle Brand milk, and 1 package coconut. Sift in full box of powdered sugar and walnuts (chopped). From another box of powdered sugar, add until the mixture is thick. Put in refrigerator to cool. Roll into small balls (chill). While cooling the last time melt 3 packages chocolate chips and 3/4 block paraffin wax in double boiler. Remove from heat, dip balls into chocolate. Put on wax paper. Use toothpicks to dip into the chocolate. This tastes like Almond Joy candy bar.
