BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE 
1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
5 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1 sm. can Carnation evaporated milk

Cook sugar, butter and corn syrup, stirring and add milk. Cook to soft ball stage. Let cool. Beat on electric mixer until smooth. Serves 4. Keep covered in refrigerator.
