GOOD AND EASY PIE CRUST 
3/4 c. Crisco, spry
1/4 c. boiling water
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. milk (depending on the humidity - sometimes a little less)
1/2 tsp. salt

Whip Crisco and boiling water until well mixed with electric beaters. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well, best by hand. Makes 1 top and 1 bottom crust. May be doubled, triples etc. to any amount and always works out.
