DANISH MEATBALLS 
250 g. veal or pork, minced
100 g. beef
1 egg
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Beat together egg, water, flour, onion and garlic. Add meat and salt and pepper. Let stand for 1 hour. Fry the meatballs in oil until well done (about the size of a teaspoon).
