1 deer roast
1/2 lb. bacon
Salt
6 potatoes, quartered
8 carrots
1 onion, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rub roast with salt and place in roasting pan. Cover generously with bacon strips. Add potatoes, carrots, and onions. Bake 1 1/2 hours.
