CHOCOLATE DIPPED PEANUT BUTTER
COOKIES
 
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. peanut butter, smooth or chunky
1 lb. chocolate candy, melted
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. biscuit mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, beat condensed milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until smooth. Add biscuit mix and mix well. Chill 1 hour. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Partially dip cookies into warm melted chocolate. Place on wax paper-lined cookie sheets. Let stand until firm. Store in tightly covered tin. Makes 5 dozen.
