PECAN TORTE 
2 c. Cool Whip
2 c. powdered sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 sm. boxes instant pudding (vanilla or pistachio)
4 tsp. milk
2 c. pecans, chopped
2 c. flour
2 sticks butter, soft
6 tbsp. sugar

Mix together like pie crust. Press into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Set aside to cool. Blend all together Cool Whip, powdered sugar and cream cheese with mixer. Spread over crust. Pour pudding over second layer after blending in mixer. Put Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with pecans. Chill overnight. Use a 9 x 13 inch pan.
