MARINATED FRESH VEGETABLES 
4 stacks fresh broccoli, florets only
8 lg. fresh mushrooms
1 med. green pepper
1 med. red pepper
3 ribs celery, chopped
1 sm. head cauliflower, florets only
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
1 sm. onion, grated
2 tsp. poppy seeds

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large container with tight lid. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over vegetables and toss. Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
