CRUMB COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk

Combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Cut in butter (as for pie dough). Measure 1 1/2 cups of this mixture and set aside for topping. To the remaining mixture, add beaten eggs and milk. Lightly mix until moistened. Do not over mix.

Pour into a greased 9x9 or 7x11 pan. Sprinkle reserved mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
