GRAHAM CRACKER PIE 
16 graham crackers, rolled fine
1 tsp. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter

Mix ingredients and press into a 9 inch pie pan, 3/4 of mixture. Bake at 250 degrees for 10 minutes.

Custard filling:

3 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cornstarch and sugar. Add a little milk (about 1/8 cup). Heat rest of milk to boiling. add egg yolks, slightly beaten, to cornstarch and sugar mixture. Pour slowly into hot milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Do not boil. Use No Weep meringue with your 3 egg whites. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 of graham crackers mixture on meringue and brown.
