HONEY 'N SPICE BARBECUE CHICKEN 
1/2 c. Heinz 57 Sauce
1/4 c. honey
2 to 2 1/2 lb. broiler-fryer pieces
Melted butter

Combine 57 Sauce and honey. Place chicken on grill or broiler pan, brush with melted butter, then the 57 Sauce-honey mixture. Grill or broil until chicken is tender; turning and basting frequently with honey mixture.

Makes 4 to 5 servings.
