SOPAPILLAS 
2 eggs
1 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
4 c. flour

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat eggs well, add milk, and stir in dry ingredients, adding as much flour as it will absorb. Roll as thin as possible, cut into small squares, and fry in deep fat until a delicate golden brown.

Great dessert after "Skiers" Chicken Enchiladas!
