SOPAPILLAS 
2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tbsp. shortening
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar

Add enough water to ingredients to make a medium stiff dough. Let rest 15 minutes. Roll out dough about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick. Cut out triangles and fry in hot grease.
