YELLOW CHEESE BALL 
1 large cream cheese, softened
1 glass Roka Blue cheese
1 glass Old English cheese
1 glass Vera Sharp or 1 roll Nippy
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, mashed with 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt

Blend soft cream cheese (with mixer) with rest of ingredients. Form into ball and chill. Roll in chopped pecans. (Can be frozen.)
