BEEF AND NOODLES 
1 chuck steak
1 onion (chopped)
1 stalk celery (chopped)
1/2 carrot, shredded
2 (16 oz.) beef broth
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
Garlic salt, paprika, pepper
Lg. noodles

Brown chuck steak in large Dutch oven. Sprinkle on spices while browning. When brown, add onions, celery, carrot and beef broth. Bring to simmer and cook until meat is very tender, 2 to 3 hours. Remove meat to plate and allow to cool somewhat.

Add enough water to cook noodles. Bring to boil. Add 3/4 package noodles, cook until tender.
