PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice
1 1/4 c. hot water
1 can mushroom soup
1 can Chinese vegetables

Mix all together, put in casserole and lay 6 or 8 pork chops on top. Pepper chops well. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 45 minutes or until well done. Serve with chow mein noodles and soy sauce.
