POP UP PIZZA 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
1/2 tsp. oregano
Dash salt
1/2 c. water
1/8 Tabasco sauce

Brown and drain meat. Stir rest of ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan, top with 6 ounce mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Mix. 1 c. flour 1 tbsp. oil 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs

This batter will be thin. Pour over cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Batter topping will get bubbly during cooking. Let set 5 minutes before serving.
