PINEAPPLE BACON 
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (save juice)
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
Dash of garlic powder
6 slices bacon, cut in thirds

Marinade pineapple chunks in juice, soy, ginger, and garlic powder for 1 to 2 hours. Drain. Wrap a piece of bacon around a pineapple chunk and skewer with toothpick. Put a paper towel on plate and arrange pineapple chunks on plate. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Rotating dish a couple of times.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
