2 lbs. hamburg
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. milk
6-8 cut up potatoes
1 egg
1 packet gravy mix
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cracker crumbs

Mix meatloaf ingredients. Shape into loaf and put potatoes on side. Cook on low heat for 8-10 hours.

VARIATION: 8-ounce can tomato sauce (instead of milk and gravy). May also put 1/2 the can of tomato sauce in loaf and pour the rest over top.
