ALMOND BREAD 
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
2 sm. pkg. chopped almonds
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
3 or 4 shakes of cinnamon
Powdered sugar (optional)

Mix sugar and oil, add eggs, one at a time. Work in flour and remaining ingredients and mix well. Make into 2 long rolls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle on powdered sugar when done. Remove from oven and cut into 1/2 inch slices. Return to oven and toast both sides.
