"JUICY PIG" SANDWICHES 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
Hamburger buns
2 med.-sized green peppers, chopped
3 med. onions, chopped
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. prepared mustard (or less)

Combine meat, chili powder, salt, and cinnamon in a skillet; cook until meat is well-browned. Combine tomatoes, green pepper, onion, vinegar, and sugar in a saucepan; cook until onions are tender.

Combine meat and vegetables mixtures; simmer 40 to 50 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in mustard, mixing well. Spoon onto hamburger buns. Freezes well. Yield: 12 to 15 servings.
