33 Oreo cookies
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk

Mix softened butter with crushed cookies, spread over bottom of pan (9x13x2).

Mix 8 ounce cream cheese with 1 cup powdered sugar and 1/2 of the Cool Whip. Mix chocolate and vanilla instant pudding with a little less than 3 cups milk. Then spread thin layer of Cool Whip over top and sprinkle crushed cookies on top. Refrigerate.
