6 hamburger buns
1 lb. hamburger
Onion to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. tomato sauce

Cut a hole out of top of buns. Take the cut out piece of each bun. Crumble and add hamburger, onion salt and pepper, 1 1/2 cups of tomato sauce. Mix well.

Put buns together (top and bottom) on cookie sheet. Fill center with hamburger mix. Bake for 25 minutes. Top with tomato sauce and (a slice of Cheddar cheese may be added) bake for 5 minutes more. Serve with green beans and chips. 375 degrees (25-30 minutes).
