BUTTER CREAM FROSTING 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. powdered sugar
1 c. Crisco shortening
Almond extract to taste (tsp.)
Sprinkle of salt
1/3 to 1/2 c. water, add more if needed

Mix together and frost cake. Store extra frosting in refrigerator with moistened paper towel covering container.
