GREEN BEAN SALAD 
2 cans green beans
1 lg. red onion

Cook until it boils. Drain and rinse.

SAUCE:

2 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar, more or less, for taste
1/4 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tbsp. pickling spice

Top with crisp fried bacon. Chill.
