CREAMY POTATO SOUP 
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
6 c. milk
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. instant mashed potato flakes

Saute onion in butter until tender; stir in milk and salt. Heat just until mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat and stir in potato flakes. Serve soup hot. Yield: 6 servings.
