SPINACH LAYER SALAD 
1 pkg. spinach
8 strips bacon
4 eggs, hard boiled
1 sm. bunch green onion
1 box frozen peas, thaw
Lettuce, sm. shredded
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. mayonnaise
Salt, pepper to taste
3 tsp. sugar
1 pkg. Swiss cheese
Paprika

1 package spinach - wash, stem, broken into pieces in 9x13 inch pan.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, teaspoon sugar. Bake 8 strips of bacon in 400 degree oven until crisp, drained, broken up. Slice and chop eggs, and layer on bacon; shredded lettuce, salt, pepper, teaspoon sugar. Chop green onion, layer on lettuce. Add green peas, another layer of salt, pepper, teaspoon sugar. Mix mayonnaise and Miracle Whip. Spread over layers. Top with Swiss cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Can be made day ahead.
