SEVEN LAYER SALAD - SPINACH
SALAD
 
1 pkg. fresh spinach, rinsed & drained well
1 sm. pkg. frozen peas
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 lb. bacon, cut & fried
6 eggs, boiled & diced
Sauce
8 oz. colby or Cheddar cheese, shredded

SAUCE:

1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. sugar

Break spinach up into bite-size pieces. In small bowl, mix together ingredients of sauce and set aside (amounts may be increased to suit).

Layer ingredients in pan, one at a time, in order given above. Chill several hours before serving, if time available, even overnight.
