NUT HORNS 
MIX:

5 c. flour, unbleached
1 pt. sour cream
5 sticks butter
3 egg yolks, save whites

Refrigerate overnight.

MIX:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 2/3 tsp. cinnamon

Roll out dough (thin). Cut into 9 inch pie shape. A 9 inch round lid from a pot is an excellent cutter. Sprinkle sugar and nut mix over dough. Cut like a pie in 8 or 16 pieces. Roll like a croissant. Beat egg white and dust tops lightly. Put on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 325 degree oven for 25 minutes.
