1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. cornbread mix
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can creamed corn
3/4 c. buttermilk or milk
1 egg

Fry sausage with onion. Add remaining ingredients. Mix all together and bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
