6 oz flour 2 oz sugar 4 oz butter (butter works better though) Cookie sheets (foil works too) Tray 1) Pour the flour, sugar and the butter into a bowl and mix it. 2) Roll the mix into a ball when it's all squidgy and looks like mix. 3) Put the cookie sheet on the tray, as well as the shortbread in a circle. 4) Use your finger to make finger holes on the edges. 5) Make fork marks in a big circle, like on a pie. 6) Cook it at 180 degrees celcius for 15 minutes. 7) Cut it into neat triangles.
