1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 med. onion, diced
1 c. your choice of cheese, grated
1/2 c. grated carrot
2 med. potatoes, grated
2 pie crust 9"
1/2 c. water

Combine everything into pie shell and top with pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
