HAMBURGER PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. catsup
2 crust (9 inch) pie crusts
2 med. onion, coarsely chopped
1 can brown gravy with mushrooms
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
2 med. potatoes, sliced
1/4 c. butter

Brown hamburger, drain. Fry potatoes and onions in butter, just until soft, mix in gravy. Put hamburger on bottom then top with potato mixture then crust. You can also add peas or mixed vegetables. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
