TURKEY PASTA SALAD 
1/2 lb. turkey breast
1/2 pkg. (5 oz.) shell macaroni, cooked and drained
1 sm. bunch (1 lb.) fresh spinach, torn into bite size pieces
1/2 c. (4 oz.) creamy herb salad dressing
1 head leaf lettuce
2 tbsp. grated Parmean cheese
coarsely ground pepper
2 med. tomatoes, sliced

Cut turkey into 1/2 inch cubes; set aside. Combine pasta, spinach, and dressing. Place mixture in large lettuce lined salad bowl. Sprinkle with cheese and pepper, to taste. Arrange tomatoes around outside edge of bowl to form ring. Form second ring with turkey; place olives in center. Cover and chill thoroughly before serving.
