2 c. buttermilk
2 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding
16 oz. Cool Whip
2 cans mandarin oranges (drained)
1 pkg. fudge striped shortbread cookies (crushed)

Mix buttermilk and pudding together. Add Cool Whip and oranges. Add cookies just before serving.
