BRAUNSWEIGER CHEESE BALL 
1 lb. Braunsweiger
4 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 to 4 tbsp. pickle relish
1 tbsp. mustard
Salad dressing or sour cream

Cream the braunsweiger and cream cheese together and get to room temperature. Add the onions, relish and mustard. Add salad dressing or sour cream to hold together. Sprinkle with parsley flakes. Wrap in waxed paper and Saran Wrap to refrigerate.
