CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 whole boneless chicken breasts, cooked
1 bunch broccoli, cooked & drained
1 pkg. sliced almonds
1 onion, chopped
1/4 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
6 tbsp. milk
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Place cooked broccoli in 9"x13" dish. Cut up cooked chicken. Sprinkle over broccoli and add almonds. Saute onion in butter until clear. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, milk, salt and pepper to taste. Blend until smooth (add additional milk if necessary). Heat and pour over dish ingredients. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake approximately 45 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
