CHINESE CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. butter
1 sliced green pepper
2 c. cooked chicken, cut in lg pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
#2 can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 tsp. onion salt

In top of chafing dish (or 2 1/2 quart saucepan), over direct heat, melt butter. Add green pepper, Saute until tender. Add remaining ingredients; cook until thoroughly heated. Serve on rice or crisp noodles. Serves 4. This can easily be doubled.
