MOCK CHICKEN PIE 
2 c. pork
2 c. veal
8 c. water
12 sm. potatoes
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. pimento
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. parsley
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cut meat into small pieces. Add water and cook at high temperature for 15 minutes. Lower temperature and continue cooking for one hour. Add vegetables in the last half hour. Thicken with flour that has been mixed with a little cold water and seasoned with salt and pepper.

Put in a greased baking dish and cover with baking powder biscuit dough. Bake in hot oven (450 degrees) until biscuits are done (about 20 minutes).
