CHICKEN IGNOLIA 
1 chicken, cut up
1/3 c. oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. dry white wine
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. grated Romano cheese
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 sm. bay leaf
1/8 tsp. powdered garlic
1/4 tsp. sweet basil

Mix all together and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
